This year, I didn’t think I’d be able to do a DIY for Three Kings’ Day. The holidays were a little longer than usual and there was a lot of work to do.
But, as you know, I can’t resist!
Here’s a simple idea that can be done by the whole family.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Toilet paper rolls
Scissors
Gold and white ink pens (e.g. Poska)
Thin black pen
Artificial candles
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Start by cutting the rolls to the required height (the crowns look better at different heights).
Cut out the beaks of the crown.
Use the markers (gold and white) to colour in the windows and doors around the crown.
Draw the outlines with the fine-tipped black marker. Add some pine trees.
Place the candles inside each roll.
This activity is perfect for the whole family! Enjoy every moment together creating your own ‘crown of kings and queens’. Perhaps each of you can make a crown that represents a dream or a wish for the new year! ✨👑
