A DIY to welcome Fall.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- homemade playdough:
2 flour cups
1 table salt cup
1/2 cup of water (add, if necessary)
- 1 small tree trunk
- tree leaves
- string
- brush
- watercolours
- ceramic clay tools
- toothpick
- oven Paper
- rolling pin
HOW TO MAKE:
Preheat the oven to 100º C.
Mix the flour and salt in a bowl. Gradually add the water, until it forms a mass that does not stick to your fingers.
Place the dough on the baking paper, roll it out until about 4 mm thick.
Press the leaves onto the dough using the roller.
Cut with a ceramic clay tool.
Use a toothpick to make a hole at the top of the leaf.
Bake for at least an hour.
Paint 1/3 of the leaves with watercolours.
Insert the string in the holes and tie each leaf to the trunk, at different heights.
